Vision: What future do we see?
Long-term visions or commitments
🧠 The Head → Mission & Thought leadership
The ideas we create to make that world possible (how).
Mission: How is our mission making that future (vision) possible?
Making complexity feel graspable (the small is all/fractal)

The emotional and political center. What people feel from us.
That includes:
Purpose of our work: what is our why? Collective and personal
Values that drive the purpose of our work

🩻 The Gut → Intuition, Integrity & Inner Knowing
Your gut is where we discern what’s right, aligned, or off. It’s where our boundaries, politics, and instincts live. It’s the internal compass that says: yes, no, or not yet. That includes:
Letting our values lead your strategy—even if (especially) it’s nothing like others have done in the past
Saying no to trends that aren’t aligned: consistency and commitment over urgency, 1% better
Naming our politics clearly (e.g., abolitionist)
Feedback from public (failure is feedback) to better serve our communitie, being in constant communication with the public we serve
We don't sell “transformation” as a product—we offer folks tools to metabolize systems inside their bodies and make more rooms for ones that are life-affirming.
🩵 The Skin → Boundaries, Accessibility & Touchpoints
The skin is our first layer of contact with the world — it protects, senses, and holds. In EoL, skin represents how people enter, feel, and move through our world. It’s where care meets clarity with boundaries.
That includes:
Boundaries
Tech part of EoL: platforms, website & visual design — the tone, colors, spacing, softness or sharpness
Onboarding experience — what people feel when they first join (welcomed, confused, held?)
Access info — transparency leading the way: is pricing transparent? Is access need info easy to find?
🦶🏾 The Feet → Roots & Legacy
What grounds us and the path we’re walking.
That includes:
Our origin story (why do we do this work? What keep us committed even when motivation runs lower because of world events)
Ancestral / abolitionist grounding
Community (past/present/future: how are our actions, non actions, words, silences, thoughts, embodiment practices impact our kin 7 generations down the line?)
