Liberation Practice Field Business
2025-2026
Build An Abolitionist Business or Practice with Integrity, Care, and Power
Liberation Practice Field Business (LPF Business) is a yearlong, immersive course for abolitionist care workers, therapists, facilitators, and entrepreneurs ready to commit—consistently and in community—to cultivating the skills, capacities, and embodied ways of being required to build and sustain businesses rooted in liberation, abolition, and deep relational care.
This is a sustained, collective practice container for those prepared to:
Show up over time.
Learn, embody, and integrate abolitionist business frameworks
Be accountable to themselves, their communities, and their businesses
Build a business or practice that mirror the
How do we build practices and businesses rooted in care, dignity, and abundance — without replicating the harm we’re trying to heal from?
You’re here because:
You’re ready for a space that:
You notice how often we create spaces meant to center our safety—but rarely address one of the most foundational aspects of that safety: our relationship to money. You wonder why conversations about financial wellbeing, boundaries, and resources are so often left out, even though money deeply impacts our sense of security, freedom, and capacity to care.
Holds abolitionist values, prioritises radical care (one that includes the practitioner), and understand business as relational living, daily practices—rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and spiritually grounded guidance
Refuses to replicate extractive business patterns that leave you depleted and burned out or in survival
Calls you into building sustainable, just, abundant and community-rooted business ecosystems from the inside out
You believe in abundance and refuse the scarcity-based, either/or mindset that tells you:
You either do something exploitative to make money, or you do what you love but must stay broke. You are committed to dismantling this false binary and building a practice rooted in ethical prosperity, creativity, and care—where financial wellbeing and values-aligned work coexist and thrive together.
You recognize yourself in these patterns:
You’re curious and longing to repattern scarcity mindset, you wonder if you can create something new without reproducing harm you’ve lived through or witnessed
Wanting to root your business in abolitionist values and embodied leadership but unsure where to start or how to sustain it.
Holding a leadership or service role and knowing you need greater capacity to navigate trauma, boundary setting, and conflict in your work.
Understanding that business is relational and political, yet finding yourself stuck in cycles of overwhelm, scarcity mindset, burnout or extracting from yourself to sustain your communities, leaving you resentful and drained.
Longing for a business practice that integrates care for your nervous system, ancestral lineage, and collective healing.
Struggling to set boundaries around pricing, visibility, or financial worthiness due to internalized shame or systemic wounds.
Feeling called to align your marketing, pricing, and offers with your deepest values without performing or over-extending.
Marketing feels exploitative for some — and you’re craving new ways to share your work that feel relational, honest, embodied. You want to be seen, to be booked, to be resourced — without abandoning your ethics, values, or joy.
Seeking a community of abolitionist entrepreneurs who hold each other accountable with care, integrity, and courage
Imagine…
Clarifying your abolitionist “why” and building business ecosystems that support your vision sustainably
Creating multiple income streams that honor rest, reciprocity, and mutual aid—without burning out
Holding difficult conversations around money, boundaries, and accountability with clients, collaborators, and yourself.
Expressing your business story and offers in ways that feel authentic, ethical, and liberatory
Practicing relational marketing and sales rooted in care, consent, and community connection
Releasing shame and scarcity around compensation and embodying your worth as a care worker and entrepreneur
Engaging conflict in your business with dignity and repair instead of avoidance or cancellation
Bringing ancestral wisdom and somatic practice into your business leadership and decision-making
Cultivating supportive peer accountability pods and mentorships that fuel growth and healing
