Liberation Practice Field

Cycle Two

Practice Abolition. Live Liberation. Build the World You Long For.

Get in before doors open to the public!

Exclusive Early Access for the Waitlist

Doors open to the public on October 10!

Liberation Practice Field (LPF) is a 10-month immersive course for those ready to commit — consistently and in community — to the skills, capacities, and ways of being required to live into liberation, abolition, and deep belonging.

This is not a membership. It is not a space to “sample” or “drop in.”

It is a sustained, collective practice space for those prepared to…

…show up over time.

…learn, embody, and integrate.

…be accountable to themselves and to others.

…practice — not just talk about — the world they long for.

You’re here because…

You’re ready for a space that:

  • Holds personal and collective liberation, radical belonging, and abolition as living, daily practices—rooted in trauma-informed, spiritually grounded guidance

  • Refuses to replicate the patterns of domination that have left you disillusioned in other spaces

  • Calls you into practicing liberation and transformation from the inside out

You see yourself in these patterns:

  • Longing for a future where every body belongs and abolition is a lived reality, but unsure how to begin building it now.

  • Holding a role of service or leadership and knowing you need greater capacity to navigate trauma and conflict.

  • Understanding that power is connection, yet finding yourself repeating patterns of avoidance, shutdown, cancelation, or shallow relating when conflict arises.

  • Wanting to break patterns of coloniality in your own life but feeling unsure how to face, name, and transform them.

  • Knowing that good ideas without embodiment are just ideas—and seeking practices that move beyond surface-level wellness culture or the limits of Western therapy.

  • Feeling stuck in talk therapy, able to describe your patterns but unable to respond differently in the moment.

  • Being drawn to a radical, justice-centered approach to healing that includes the body, ancestry, and the land.

This is you? Join us in the field.

Imagine…

  • Offering apologies without shame, and engaging in repair without avoidance.

  • Feeling seen, understood, and loved for who you are—in community

  • Expressing your needs and boundaries without collapsing into guilt or fear

  • Holding rage, grief, and joy in ways that deepen relationship and connection

  • Bringing abolitionist somatic practice into your communities, movements, and family systems

  • Responding to conflict and harm from a place of embodied care rather than urgency or reactivity

  • Transforming patterns of separation into avenues for healing and belonging

  • Being able to hold & witness others’ pain because you’re learning to hold & witness your own,

  • Remembering and activating the ancestral wisdom already stored in your body.

Meet The Team

What We Will Practice

LPF is built around four liberatory needs, each connected to an element and explored through somatic practice:

This space is for you if…

  • You seek somatic education that deepens your understanding of how trauma shapes the body—not just individually, but collectively

  • You desire to learn embodied practices that help heal and reconcile systemic wounds reflected in our shared nervous systems

  • You are drawn to a radical approach to healing—one that integrates justice and directly addresses the effects of capitalism, colonialism, and patriarchy on our bodies and nervous systems

This space is also for you if you're willing to…

  • Commit to a full year of learning, practice, and change

  • Bring what you learn into your relationships, movements, and communities

  • Engage with courage, curiosity, and care, even in discomfort

  • Join others equally committed to practicing liberation now

This space is not for you if…

  • You are seeking a casual drop-in group

  • You are unwilling to be accountable to a shared practice space

  • You want quick fixes or purely intellectual engagement

Liberation Practice Field is an invitation to stop waiting for the right conditions and begin living the world you long for — together, in accountable community.

Somatic Classes with Care

  • Classes take place on the first Thursday of each month (except on holidays) and are expected to run 2-3 hours.

FAQs

  • LPF is a 10-month immersive course designed to build your capacity for personal and collective liberation through somatic practices, abolitionist frameworks, and community accountability. It’s not a casual membership but a deep, consistent commitment to embodied transformation and relational practice.

  • LPF is a cohort-based learning experience (that we call cycles) with a 10-month somatics curriculum, guest expert workshops, facilitated practice sessions, community support, and ongoing resources. The program is structured with an intentional arc — it’s not a drop-in membership or on-demand subscription. When you enroll, you commit to the full cycle for deeper, sustained growth.

  • While we highly encourage live participation for connection and real-time practice, we understand that may not be possible for everyone all the time. All live calls are recorded and available to stream in the LPF portal so you can engage with the content on your own schedule.

  • You can pay the full tuition upfront, or choose an installment plan at checkout. Lifetime access to the course recordings and materials is granted only after tuition has been paid in full.

  • Within 7 days of purchase OR on or before Sunday, November 2, 2025* (whichever is later): You will be entitled to a refund of your payment, less a 5% admin fee to cover irreversible credit card processing fees and our team’s labor.

After 7 days from purchase OR after November 2, 2025* (whichever is later): If a payment is processed after you’ve submitted a complete Cancellation Request Form, we will refund it. No refunds will be granted for any other reason.

    Please purchase with consideration.

  • Access to course replays and materials will be suspended until payments resume and are brought current. This ensures commitment to the course arc and supports community accountability.

  • Yes. LPF is designed to meet people at different skill and experience levels. Whether you’re new to somatics or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find practices and teachings that support your growth.

  • The course invites consistent engagement but supports pacing that respects your life circumstances. Our regular events include:

    • somatic teaching: 2-3 hours per month

    • somatic practice session: 2 hours per month

    • community call: 2-3 hours once per quarter

    • guest speaker call: 2 hours about once per month

Of course, you can dedicate more time for personal practice and community engagement.

  • Absolutely. Recordings will be available for all live sessions so you can watch and practice according to your own time zone and schedule. However, if you know you usually benefit most from attending live, please take that into consideration when deciding to join.

  • LPF is hosted on a platform called Circle, where you will be able to connect with other folks in your newfound community. This space is designed for sharing, asking questions, and finding accountability partners. The community culture is grounded in respect, care, and mutual support rooted in abolitionist values.

  • We are committed to offering 20 full scholarships to center and affirm Black participants in this space, with more added depending on enrollment. We will review applications on a rolling basis and award scholarships first-come-first-served, so please apply early if you are eligible!

🔗 Apply for a Cycle 2 scholarship here.

If you are not eligible for a scholarship and cannot afford the course this year, take a moment to reflect:

    • Am I realistically able to make this financial commitment right now?

    • Would joining put me in a position of stress or harm?

    • Can I plan to set aside funds to participate in a future cycle?

If the answer is no for this year, that’s okay. LPF will be here in the future. There are also more accessible ways to engage with the work in the meantime, such as our zines and workshops.

  • Growth and transformation can be challenging. This course is designed to hold space for discomfort, with support through community calls and coaching. Your courage and commitment to lean into the work are valued and respected.

  • No. Course materials and recordings are for your personal use only and sharing is prohibited to protect the integrity and safety of the learning community.
