Trustworthiness is built on:

  • Sincerity – Do you truly want to change? (Motivation & Intention)

  • Competency – Do you have the skills to change? (Skill-Building & Embodied Practice)

  • Reliability – Can you sustain this change over time? (Repetition & Accountability)

In this workshop, we will focus on motivation & intention as well as skill-building & embodied practice. The work of repetition—integrating change into daily life—will be yours to carry forward.
