In 2020, after losing my last corporate job in 2018 and struggling to get by, I wrote down my worst fears about chasing my dreams. Every single one came true. I’m sharing this so you can avoid some of the mistakes I made — but also make the necessary ones that teach you how to care for yourself as fiercely as you care for others. Because without us, our movements can’t survive. We fight for collective liberation so that everyone—including you—can receive care.
Living with a nervous system constantly shattered by the next bill’s fear isn’t safe for you or the people you support. The systems we operate within depend on our disconnection and fear.

Abundance for Careworkers: 3-Week Live Workshop

in this series of workshops, we’ll practice:

Week 1: Healing Your Relationship to Money and Value

Decolonizing care work and shifting internal narratives

Live Session 1:
- Explore the colonial and capitalist narratives that shape how you see your worth and money.
- Somatic and reflective exercises to unearth your money story and ancestral/collective conditioning around value.
- Begin shifting shame and scarcity mindsets into abundance and dignity.
- Group sharing and guided meditation to ground this new relationship.
Between-session support:
- Replay accessible forever
- Community check-in on Discord to stay in touch and build rapport with like-minded care practitioners that want to build a sustainable business and stay aligned with their values.

- Explore multiple way to generate income that fit your unique gifts, creativity, and limits (workshops, sessions, products, collaborations).
- Tools for clarifying your niche without needing to perform or overextend.
- Practices for cultivating trust in enough-ness, joy, and care as part of your livelihood.
- Create a sustainable action plan to implement income streams post-workshop.

Yes ! You will be sent a recording + slides in the next 24 to 48 hours after the live. If you can not make the live, REGISTER ANYWAY so that we can send you the recording.
The best is for you to register. That way, even if you’re not present live, you will be sent the recording 2 days after the live.
